First, help me never to tell a lie. Second, give me neither poverty nor riches! Give me just enough to satisfy my needs. For if I grow rich, I may deny you and say, “Who is the Lord?” And if I am too poor I may steal and thus will insult God’s holy name.

 How do I find contentment?

• I thank God daily for all that I have. When God calls us home, we can’t take it with us.
• I decide if it’s a need or want; if it’s a want I make sure we have the money to get it.
• Enjoy the little things in life. Live simply…it’s so much easier!
• Don’t sweat the small stuff! Who cares what others think…they have their own life to live.
• Live in the moment. Make your time on earth count…tomorrow isn’t promised!
